From Bismarck, go West on Interstate 94 towards Mandan. Go about 26 miles and go South on North Dakota Highway 6. North Dakota 6 becomes South Dakota Highway 63. Stay on SD-63 all the way to Eagle Butte. Go to main street (sign says business district). That takes you through the business district (road goes South). Follow main street to the other end of town and you will see LTI on your left side at the far end of town.
