Take US Highway 14/US Highway 83 West from Pierre. Go about 40 miles until you reach South Dakota Highway 63 and turn right or North. Follow SD-63 for about 48 miles until you reach US Highway 212/SD-63. Go East on US-212/SD-63 for about 3 miles and turn right on main street. A sign that takes you through the business district (road goes South). Follow main street to the other end of town and you will see LTI on your left side at the far end of town.
