From Rapid City, go West on Interstate I-90 until you get to Sturgis. Get off on the Lazelle Street exit which actually takes you onto South Dakota Highways SD-34/SD-79. Stay on that street (Highways) moving East until you come to a fork in the road which about 4 miles from the Sturgis exit you took. This fork in the road is the SD-34 and SD-79 split. Go North on SD-79 and follow it for about 19 miles until you come to SD-212. Take SD-212 East all the way to Eagle Butte (About 115 miles). When you get into Eagle Butte, you will see the main street sign that takes you through the business district (road goes South). Follow main street to the other end of town and you will see LTI on your left side at the far end of town.
